I saw these sheets and thought they were too funny not to share. I think this would be a really funny sleeping bag, too. All it needs is an iPhone charging station hooked up to the sheets and you are all set to go in the wilderness!

101 in 1001:: New Restaurant and Book
I just finished reading book one in the Bride Quartet Series by Nora Roberts (#72). This book took a lot longer to read than I expected it to, however I am glad I finally finished it. I will admit that I am hesitant to read the other books in the series, only because the first one took so long. As of now, I plan on reading the whole series, however I will let you know what I decide.
I also made progress on my restaurant challenge by eating at the 10th and final new restaurant of the challenge! While at my speaking engagement this past week I visited Hartell’s Village Diner in Baytowne Wharf. It was a cute 50′s style cafe with excellent burgers. Their shoestring french fries were perfectly seasoned and reminded me a lot of Steak and Shake. This place was very good and I would highly recommend it if you visit Destin or the Baytowne Wharf area.
Monday Excitement
As I mentioned yesterday, I am in Florida for a speaking engagement on social media. Most people don’t like Mondays, but today I choose to love it because of what I am doing. Enjoy your Monday!

I’m Walking on Sunshine
Greetings from Florida! I woke up this morning, hopped on a plane, and jetted off to Florida for a little over 24 hours. I am here primarily for business, but fully intend to enjoy the sunshine while I am here. I am at a conference speaking on Social Media for Higher Education. I will tell you I love speaking and connecting with people to encourage them to step out of their marketing comfort zones, even if I get a wee bit nervous. Luckily the many years of growing up in 4-H have helped me kick the nervousness to a minimum. Well, I am off to enjoy the sunshine state. Have a great Sunday!

New Restaurant :101 in 1001
One of my 101 in 1001 goals is to try new restaurants. Friday night we tried the new Moe’s Bar B Que restaurant on 14th street. The food was really great southern food especially the mac n cheese. Conner loved the corn bread as it had jalapenos and was baked like garlic bread. The place has rotating special sides so you never know what you are going to get. All in all I would recommend this new Atlanta restaurant. Here’s to reaching another 101 in 1001 goal.
Wine about it a little
A few weeks ago while at the beach we snuck off to Charleston to do a wine tasting (#27). The wine shop was connected to a candy store so we stumbled across the great fine, Market Street Winery. The wines were definitely unlike anything we had ever tasted in a wine before. We did not find one that we absolutely loved, however we had a good time tasting all of the options.
101 in 1001:: Where my tweep’s at?
Last weekend I was able to meet up with a fellow AXO twitter user for lunch. I am a huge fan of Amy, as she is a fellow sister, blogger, rock star mother, and all around inspiring woman. She is passionate about life, her family, Alpha Chi, and philanthropy. Since we have been following each other over the last few months, she has been a real encouragement to me. Back in January when I first posted my 101 in 1001 list, Amy tweeted at me saying she would help me with my #93. Amy was in town for the Southeastern Panhellenic Association Conference and we decided it would be the perfect time for lunch! We had a wonderful time at the Big Chow Grill. It is always fun when you get to see the people in person that you connect with online. We both laughed because despite never having met each other, we both felt like we had known each other for ages. Love that!
101 in 1001:: March Update
(via)
It is time for the March update of 101 in 1001. I have been very busy with work recently and therefore have been working on my professional 101 in 1001 goals. I just got back from a Professional Conference (#94) where I assisted in a Mini-session and a Roundtable about Social Media (#92). March also led to the visit of a winery (#27) while I was on a beach trip. Throughout this busy month I also was completing my No fry zone challenge (#36). That challenge was harder than I would have expected. I eat French fries on a daily basis but I realize it is mostly out of convenience. The places I eat lunch do not have side item alternatives to fries. I love Chick-fil-A, and eat there regularly, however the one closest to me is not completely full service in the fact that they only have fries and not side salads or fruit. This made my #36 challenge very difficult. Luckily I have a great support system that joined me in this endeavor, otherwise I would not have been able to force myself out of my fry-comfort zone.
As for April I plan to do the following things:
72. Finish Reading Book 1 of the Nora Roberts Bridal Series
75. Try ten new restaurants
93. Meet at least two bloggers/tweeps in person.
95. Blog daily for 30 consecutive days
50. Pre-marital counseling through a Church
